Payment

Full payment is due 7 days prior to your event. Final guest numbers and dietary requirements must be confirmed before payment is due. Payment is via bank transfer only.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Weather conditions

Our cancellation policy applies regardless of weather conditions. It is the Client’s responsibility to have a suitable weather contingency plan in place. Where possible, we will work with you to accommodate changes to the event location or setup if adverse weather occurs.
